We found Sam’s home to be very cozy and a unique experience for us. Very spacious. Very fun. Likely very good stargazing as well if it weren’t for the clouds. 5 star stay.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, brand-new property near Zion National Park. As a family of five with three teenagers, the layout worked perfectly for us. Each of our kids had their own bedroom, and all of the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after long days of hiking. The bathrooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean, modern, and very efficient. Since we spent most of our time exploring Zion and enjoying outdoor activities, a clean and functional bathroom was all we needed. The location is excellent—about a 25-minute drive to Zion’s East Entrance and another scenic 25-minute drive to the Visitor Center. Food options in the area are quite limited, so we were very glad we brought groceries for our entire stay. The beautiful kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and had plenty of space for our family. After a full day of hiking, we loved relaxing on the incredibly comfortable sofa while watching TV. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The highlight of the property was definitely the outdoor sundeck with the hot tub. There is also a BBQ grill with a convenient gas hookup at the bottom of the stairs. The hot tub was spotless, and the jets were wonderfully relaxing. Each night, we turned off all the outdoor lights, soaked in the hot tub, and enjoyed the breathtaking star-filled sky. It was incredibly quiet, peaceful, and the perfect way to end each day. Our host was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very responsive from beginning to end. Overall, we had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Zion National Park. We would gladly stay here again. Negative: If I had to mention a couple of small suggestions for improvement, it would be to upgrade the cookware and consider adding an umbrella or some shade coverage on the sundeck. Since dining options in the area are quite limited, many guests will likely be cooking most of their meals at the property, so having a higher-quality set of pots and pans would make the experience even better. Also, during the summer months, the sundeck can still be quite warm in the early evening (around 6:00–8:45 PM). Adding an umbrella or some shade would be a great touch, especially for guests who want to enjoy the outdoor space, eat outside, or relax in the hot tub without being directly under the sun. These are very minor suggestions and did not impact our stay—we had an amazing experience and would happily return.
